Today, I learned that anxiety likes to play tricks. It likes to sneak up on you and go into overdrive when you least expect it. But what I believe is hardest about anxiety, is things that use to work yesterday can be the cause of your stress today.
For this reason, you can never have a long enough list of coping skills. Here’s mine: (Feel free to add on to it in the comments section)
I didn’t have enough room for: horses – forests- stars – the moon- anything in nature – snow – beach … the list goes on and on.
